Kyle Simpson is a familiar face to most JavaScript (JS) developers as the author of the canonical You Don’t Know JS series of books. Based in Austin, Texas, Simpson is also Director of Web Futures at Getify Solutions, where he envisions and evangelises what’s next for Open Web technologies.

In addition, Simpson teaches and preaches across the globe (and online), showing us the hidden quirks and perks of the JS language.
